Activity 1 – Prepare your school for the SELFIE WBL self-assessment 

When preparing yourself and your school for the SELFIE WBL self-assessment, follow these steps:

• Select managers and teachers who will be coordinating the self-assessment in your school – they can be class teachers, pedagogues, etc. – select those who will be willing to get involved in the self-assessment. You can also involve learner representatives, e.g. student associations, school representatives, etc.
• Run interviews with the managers and teachers who will be coordinating the self-assessment among students – see Activity 3.
• Send information to the rest of the teachers, also asking them to take part in the self-assessment – see the Activity 2.
• Choose some companies and run interviews with the in-company trainers representatives – see Activity 3.
• Analyse the school’s current digital strategy.
